Dortmund v Bayern Headline Wednesday Bundesliga

Comments

The Bundesliga has a midweek round, with all teams in action on Wednesday or Thursday Australian time.

The big one of course, is Dortmund hosting Bayern Munich, but it kicks off at the difficult time (for anyone other than West Australians) of 2:30am AEST.

Bayern currently have a four-point lead on Dortmund, so you’d think the home side would need at least a draw so stay in the title hunt. A win for Bayern would make it much more difficult.

The other intriguing matches are red-hot Leverkusen – winners of 11 of their last 12 – taking on Wolfsburg and Werder Bremen, in dire need of a win, hosting Mönchengladbach.
