In what’s been an interrupted and unpredictable season, Arsenal still have an opportunity to finish on a real high. The Gunners can qualify for the Europa League with a win over Chelsea in the F.A. Cup Final.
There’s no doubt Mikel Arteta has improved this Arsenal squad, with the gutsy, grinding win over Manchester City in the Cup semi-final proof of that.
The beleaguered David Luiz, he of the ill-timed red cards and poor backpasses, was a stalwart in defence as was fill-in keeper Emi Martinez.
Arsenal are still inconsistent, however, and prone to lapses at both ends of the pitch, with Chelsea sure to pounce on any defensive errors.
Ex-Gunner Olivier Giroud has been on fire of late, as has ‘Captain America’ Christian Pulisic who has 10 goals and 10 assists in 33 appearances.
Arsenal v Chelsea, F.A. Cup Final
Sunday, 2:30am AEST
*Arsenal have won a record 13 F.A. Cup Finals, while Chelsea have won 8.
*Arsenal have lost 2 of their last 10 matches, while Chelsea have lost 3 of their last 10.
*The ‘Both Teams To Score’ market has hit in 23 of Arsenal’s 38 EPL matches and in 22 of Chelsea’s.
*Both Teams To Score ‘Yes’ is paying $1.61. Makes sense to go with that or add it to a Multi. Both Teams To Score & Chelsea to win is $4.00, while Both Teams to Score & Arsenal to win is $5.50.
