Another cracking weekend of US sport lobbed over the weekend. The baseball is flying and the NBA playoffs are everything and more that we expected. Here’s Tuesday’s mail:
- Minnesota won their 1st game of the series last game but it will be hard to repeat that kind of effort second time around. They were last in the league for 3 pointers made per game in the regular season so unlikely they’ll hit 15 threes again. Houston has been playing average scraping together some W’s in this series. They’ll be firing on all cylinders soon and this could be the game to get them going.
- Colorado’s bats have picked up the pace as of late. Expecting them to remain hot here against a pitcher posting an ERA of 5.03. Playing at Coors Field where runs are easy to get, it’s a recipe for a high scoring game.
